In a town with many realtors to choose from, it is nice to have found a company that gives the personal and detailed attention needed when buying or selling a home. We appreciated the time spent on us. From the pre-visit (phone calls, texts, even a video explaining comparable home sells in our area), to the home visit and explaining the process, through offers, and the final closing, we could not be more pleased with our choice of Anaqua Properties.
Working with Anaqua Properties was an amazing experience. Kasey was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand from discussing sales price, to working with the mortgage office, to getting multiple offers in record time. Would totally work with them again!
Kasey from Anaqua Properties was a godsend. Truly had all the faith in the world in her direction. We had a very complicated estate sale but she made our complex sale stress free and at the time for sale, we had more offers than we knew what to do with. Cannot recommend her services enough. She’s passionate about making sure her clients are happy with the result and you cannot ask for more.

The Information About Brokerage Services form is used in Texas real estate to help explain the ways in which a real estate agent works – who they represent and what their basic duties are when representing parties in a real estate transaction. It is a simple one page form that is required by Texas law to be given to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.
The One to Four Residential Sales Contract is perhaps the most commonly used form in real estate. As a public record, this form is available for use by anyone; however, licensed real estate agents are trained in the correct use of this form protecting both parties in the transaction.
The Residential Listing Agreement form is used when placing a property on the market for sale. It addresses most of the common terms including sales price, property legal description, dates, showing instructions, seller and broker responsibilities and realtor commissions.
